- Wellspa members may book online24 hours a day. Please let us know if you are interested in applying for membership.
- Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment. This time allows for a stress-free check-in, a change of clothes, and a few moments to relax. We kindly ask that you turn off your mobile phone upon arrival. To accommodate every guest at Wellspa*, we may shorten appointment times due to late arrivals.
- A credit card number is requested to hold your reservation. Missed appointments will be charged in full to the credit card with which they were held; appointments canceled within the 24-hour window will be charged 50% of the service fee.
- Many of our Wellspa* members and guests have asked for guidance in regards to gratuity. If you are pleased with your service, a customary 15-20% gratuity, based on pre-discounted, non-member pricing is suggested.
- Let us know of any medical conditions or allergies you may have prior to your service.Your health and well-being are of the utmost importance to us. We reserve the right to re-schedule appointments if the service may pose a threat to existing conditions.
- Out of respect for other guests, please use your most quiet "Spa Voice" while enjoying our facility.
- All Packages expire 12 months from purchase date. Not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. No Refunds on Packages or discount web-deal purchases.
